Many companies say “our greatest asset is our people.” For DPFOC, this is more than just management speak but it is the reality. We work hard to bring the best and brightest into the business as good people bring new ideas, initiatives and improve us as a company.
The latest example of this was a research document prepared by Sanjay Rohilla MBA on how DPFOC can improve measurement of individual team member productivity within our SEO division. Currently, productivity is measured across teams which is not ideal. Sanjay’s document outlines how we can use the balanced score-card (devised by Kaplan and Norton) to better understand the productivity of each team member across a broad range of metrics. Sanjay is an MBA an our in-house management guru so when he developed this report, we took note!
We are now implementing his findings on a phased basis which will definitely improve the productivity of this division and so the service levels we deliver to clients.
To work in a business where staff seek out management with ideas on how to improve productivity and bring their expertise to bear with concrete ideas on how to achieve same is exciting and refreshing. Well done Sanjay!!
