The vast amounts of talent available in India enables us to be selective in who we take on board. Our 4 point recruitment process (short-list, telephone interview, on-site interview 1, on-site interview 2) ensures that only the best candidates are hired. Once on board, we invest heavily in ongoing training of our staff with daily research / training time set aside each day before shifts commence.
