Team sizes typically vary from one person to ten team members. Those who are short-listed for interview are interviewed directly by our client online; we can also supervise real time practical tests. The best candidates are put in place and the team is ready to begin work.

Some clients know what they want to achieve in terms of end result but are unsure of the best team structure to achieve such a result. In such instances, we will analyse the output required and propose what we feel is the best structure for your team; this may consist of a full-time senior programmer assisted on a part-time basis by a junior programmer for example.

Depending on your requirements, your team will consist of anything from one junior, recently graduated web designer to a powerhouse of ten senior programmers; team costs vary depending on the skill-sets and expertise required. However, as a general rule, your offshore team will typically cost, at very most, 50% of the cost of an in-house team. We submit a detailed proposal document which outlines the proposed team as well as pricing before you proceed to engagement.
