DPFOC has three different engagement models as detailed below :

Dedicated Team Creation:

• A monthly fee is agreed with DPFOC for the team that is assigned to you.

Per Project:

• A detailed project scope document is created to identify the key deliverables of the project. A project cost is agreed and scope is implemented.

Per Hour:

• Clients are charged dependant on the number of hours spent on a project. This is suitable for projects on which deliverables cannot be clearly identified prior to beginning the project. Detailed timesheets are available online to enable our clients to assess productivity of team members during billed hours. Hourly rates depend on the experience and skill sets of those working on the project.
