Is communicating with a technical team in a different country difficult?

In the days of dial up internet connections, outsourcing was nearly impossible. However, high speed broadband really means that we live in a global village. You have access to your team when you need them meaning it is as if they work in the same building despite being thousands of miles away. Conference calls, screen-sharing, e-mail and instant messaging bring your team in India into your office regardless of where in the world you may be.

There is a time difference between India and my country – will my team be available when I need them?

Your team members will operate in the time-zone that you do. Regardless of your time zone, your team members working hours will overlap with yours (9am-5pm) for a minimum of 6 hours.

Do I retain copyright on any content generated by DPFOC on my behalf?

Yes, DPFOC team members are working on your behalf to create digital content for you. Whatever is created belongs to your organisation.

I would prefer that my clients did not know the inner workings of my business – will DPFOC sign an NDA committing not to disclose that I am one of your clients.

We understand that confidentiality is crucial and so will never disclose any of our clients to any third party. Furthermore, any work that we display on portfolios is dummy work for fictional companies. If you deal with DPFOC, we guarantee total confidentiality.
