About Hemant

Hemant graduated from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur with a first class degree in B.E. (computer science). Hemant joined DPFOC as an SEO executive in 2008. Hemant's technical skills, high level of spoken and written English and genuine enthusiasm to learn marked him out as “one to watch” at DPFOC from day one. Hemant was fortunate that on his arrival at DPFOC, he was placed in a team building links for one of the UK’s largest SEO companies. In this team, Hemant dealt directly with UK based SEO experts and learned a lot from them.

His Role:

We realize that winning clients in the SEO industry is the easy part – retaining them is the challenge. We know that clients will only stay with us if we deliver high ROI on their spend with us. In order to ensure this happens, we need to ensure that as a company, we are employing cutting edge SEO best practice for every client. Accordingly, we decided to assign no direct client to Hemant to free him up to spend at least 5 hours daily researching the latest SEO and online marketing techniques as well as coordinating the research of the SEO division. This research involves running tests and experiments to identify what techniques deliver the best results as well as researching changes to search engine ranking algorithms as they happen to ensure we react fast. The output of Hemant’s research and that of the division is dispersed to all division members at early morning tutorials. It is our belief that very few SEO companies in the world share our commitment to ongoing learning and this commitment is personified in Hemant.
