Eddie founded DPFOC in partnership with Kalpesh in 2008 after graduating from University College Cork with an honours degree in business. Eddie, a Google AdWords Qualified Individual, is passionate about lifelong learning and is the driving force behind the culture of workplace learning that exists within DPFOC. Eddie spends over 3 hours each day studying latest online marketing trends and techniques and works closely with senior staff to ensure that the quality of the service being provided to clients around the world is improving every day. His motto is "excellence in increments."
Helen heads up content and social for DPFOC. Having graduated with a degree in marketing from CIT, Helen went on to spend 5 years in Aviva Insurance and a further 5 years in Tennant & Ruttle Ltd. where she worked in various marketing positions. Having finished a Masters Degree (M.A.) in new media, Helen took a role as community manager for Angelina Ballerina before joining DPFOC in 2012. Helen´s role at DPFOC is liaising with clients and our team of content creators to create content that people are interested in and want to engage with. She is a social media enthusiast with over 3800 tweets to her name to date! She spends an hour a day reading about content and social to ensure that she is always right up to speed.
Philip joined DPFOC in 2013. He has always been interested in digital technology, especially the effects of the Internet and e-commerce in changing modern business. Taking the opportunity to mix digital technology studies with marketing Philip graduated from University College Cork with a B.Comm. Tailoring his education to his interests, he took modules ranging from Marketing Strategy to E-Commerce, while undertaking research with UCC on emergent behaviour in social networks. Philip went on to work with a Cork theatre company and was involved in running the marketing campaign for theatre often featured in the Cork Opera House, as well as liaising with theatre practitioners from around the country and internationally. With DPFOC, Philip hopes to help bring business in line with the youthful and energetic passions of the Internet: by creating great content that appeals to the diversity of an online audience.
Sile joined DPFOC in 2013. She has a well-rounded educational background having graduated from University College Cork with a Degree in Social Science and a Masters in Politics; she also attained a Diploma in Journalism from The Irish Academy of Public Relations. She has recently returned from Toronto, Canada where she spent two years working in the field of digital marketing for a well- established multi-national company. Prior to this, Sile had a fruitful career working as a freelance journalist and has had articles published in some of Ireland’s most reputable newspapers, including the Sunday Independent and the Irish Examiner. Sile has a real passion for social media – always ensuring she keeps up-to-date with the latest trends – and has a natural flair for writing compelling content.
Sinead joined DPFOC in 2013. She is a social media enthusiast with excellent IT and communication skills. Sinead recently graduated from University College Cork with a BA in History and Politics. During her time there, she was Public Relations Officer for the Cork Branch of 'SUAS', a children's educational charity. In this role, Sinead completely evolved their almost non-existent online presence and tripled the amount of members in the society. Sinead brings a fresh and youthful approach to her role at DPFOC by ensuring clients have original, consistent and engaging content along with utilising up to the minute social media strategies.
Michelle joined DPFOC in 2013. Prior to joining, she worked in an in-house B2B marketing role after spending 5 years working as an Account Manager in a PR Consultancy working with a varied client list from SME's to Multinationals across a wide spectrum of industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in English and Psychology from University College Cork, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
Niall joined DPFOC in 2013. He has always had a keen interest in marketing from a young age. He has a broad range of skills and experience having graduated with Certificates in Marketing and Journalism, and having worked in IT, sales and digital marketing. Niall had previously worked for Sky Ireland between 2009 and 2011 and then went on to work in digital marketing in the food industry before joining DPFOC. Niall is the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of a popular online Boxing Blog which he started in November 2012. Today he maintains the website in his spare time and has achieved an excellent SEO ranking due to the blog’s high social engagement levels and consistently high quality content. With DPFOC, Niall hopes he can bring a dynamic & modern day marketing approach to help businesses realise their full potential by embracing new social media strategies and producing engaging content on a regular basis.
Andy joined DPFOC in 2011. Before joining, he spent 20 years with Sanmina-SCI, a global leading electronics subcontract manufacturer. He served in various roles culminating in a project management role which included visiting Sanmina sites throughout Europe training staff on how to use Oracle. He then spent two years with a web design agency in Cork as head of sales. Andy´s experience makes him a great asset to DPFOC. He is our Irish based sales executive. Paul McElwee joined DPFOC in the summer of 2012. Before that, he worked for a jewellery manufacturing company. As the company was a key player within that trade, he gathered extensive experience across a broad range of disciplines, from manufacturing techniques through to e-commerce. Focusing on business development at board level, Paul´s interest in online marketing increased. " I could see over the years how the web was affecting traditional marketing strategy and always encouraged clients to embrace this new avenue to market. " Paul´s involvement in this field persuaded him to pursue a career in online marketing. Paul liaises with our UK clients to help them make the most of the online channel.
Lisa Hallgren oversees DPFOC North America working closely with our clients and our successful DPFOC offices around the world. Lisa looks forward to lowering your advertising costs by dramatically improving your natural search listings. Prior to joining DPFOC Lisa owned and operated an online marketing company focusing on business lead generation. Lisa´s business experience and history with online advertising will benefit our North American clients. Matthew King established DPFOC in Australia early 2010 as a joint venture with DPFOC UK. Since establishing the business, Matthew has overseen rapid growth in satisfied clients as a result of the cost effective, simple outsourced and successful solutions we provide to our clients.
Prior to joining DPFOC, Matthew owned and managed a successful financial services business having been involved in the financial services industry for close to 15 years. This strong finance and business background provides a solid foundation to understanding how our services drive business revenue and profits.
Kalpesh is MD of DPFOC India which serves our on the ground businesses around the world. Kalpesh holds a Post Graduate Degree in Computers. Having worked as a programmer for an Indian web design company serving US based clients, he joined forces with Eddie O´ Driscoll to set up DPFOC in 2008. Kalpesh oversees day to day operations on the ground in India and has been the man at the helm as staff numbers in India have gone from 0 to now over 100 staff across 3 offices in Jaipur. His technical background means he plays a lead role in developing policies relating to coding / technical issues. His blend of business acumen and technical ability is a unique profile and makes him the ideal man to continue to oversee DPFOC´s growth in India.
Selina Humnycki started with DPFOC Canada in April 2012. She brings with her a track record of achievement in the business world to help our clients achieve their goals through DPFOC´s superior online marketing approach.
Prior to joining DPFOC, Selina started life as a Chemist (graduating from Cambridge University, England with a PhD). She then applied her analytical skills to the business world by working in the banking industry before moving to Canada. It was here that she utilised her talents in the internet marketing world, owning and running a successful North American internet lead generation company. Selina is thrilled to now be working with DPFOC, a company that allows her to exercise all her skills and acquired knowledge to create innovative online marketing solutions that will work to maximize every clients ROI. Kim has significant experience as a small business operator having been self employed as a Personal Trainer for a number of years, and subsequently through the help of online marketing built a personal training business with 5 trainers.
